Nick Sybouts
(Lead Pastor)
Nick is the lead pastor at Faith Vineyard Church. Nick is blessed with two children, Kairon (10), and Rhema (6). His wife, Annah, has been his pillar of support for 15 years. Nick holds a BA in Church Ministry from Family of Faith College and an MA in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. His passion for serving the community and leading his congregation is evident in his commitment to Faith Vineyard Church.
Reagan Barnett
(Worship Pastor)
Reagan is a dedicated worship pastor with a heart for leading others into meaningful encounters with God through music and ministry. With a deep passion for cultivating authentic worship experiences, Reagan combines musical excellence with a shepherd’s heart, inspiring people of all ages to connect with their faith.
Danica Colin
(Youth & Young Adult Pastor)
Danica has a heart for the next generation and a passion for creating spaces where students can encounter the love of Jesus in real, life-changing ways. She and her husband James, married for 16 years, share a mission to serve youth and young adults with grace, truth, and unwavering commitment.
As a proud mom to Briella (12) and Camden (7), Danica brings energy, authenticity, and a deep joy to everything she does—whether she's leading a small group, planning events, or cheering students on in their faith journey.
Her greatest desire is to see young people move from knowing about Jesus to truly knowing Him.
Annah Sybouts
(Children’s Pastor)
Annah has a heart for helping kids discover that church is a place where they are known, loved, and excited to learn about Jesus. Since 2009, she’s been married to our Lead Pastor, Nick Sybouts, and together they’re raising two incredible kids—Kairon (10) and Rhema (6).
Whether she’s leading Sunday lessons or encouraging volunteers, Annah brings warmth, creativity, and a deep love for seeing children grow in their faith. Her passion is helping kids build a foundation in Jesus that lasts a lifetime.
John Mann
(Communications & Outreach Pastor)
Being part of a church community and building a relationship with Jesus completely changed my life—and now I’m passionate about helping others experience that same transformation. I get to use my background in communications and marketing to connect with new people and invite them into something bigger than themselves. Whether it’s through photography, video, our website, or social media, my goal is to help people feel seen, welcomed, and excited to take a step toward faith. I’m honored to be part of a team that’s helping people meet Jesus and find a place to belong. I’m also incredibly thankful to share this journey with my amazing wife, Lindsey.
